  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I value true partnership when working with my patients. I like to spend time to explain the diagnosis, treatment plans, side effects of medications so you feel comfortable making decisions for your care. I want you to feel better and not need my service for long. I want to understand you as a human being and not just your symptoms. My goal is to keep you on fewer medications on lowest therapeutic dose, and work on other aspects of your life such as nutrition, movement, social connection, therapy support. I will be collaborating with therapists and other healthcare professionals if you need referral.

  • I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill after our visits so you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance for OON benefits.

  • Have you been frustrated with a long referral wait to see a mental health provider delaying your care? No long wait to see me in my practice.

Have you been frustrated because your provider left or you can no longer see your provider because insurance changed so now you have to get to know someone new again? You can continue to see me as long as you need which prevents disruption of care and instead promotes continuity!

I am able to provide you the care you need without insurance dictating my practice.

  • Private pay has its benefits but I understand it can be overwhelming. I am happy to provide mental health services for a few months until you are able to see a provider within your network. You can always return if you prefer to continue care with me.
