Himal Health offers outpatient telehealth mental health services for anxiety, depression, and overall well-being with a holistic approach.


Initial Consultation

Before scheduling a full appointment, we offer a 15 minute phone or telehealth consultation at no charge. This consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions, and determine whether our services are the right fit for you.

Initial appointment: This one-hour appointment includes a review of current symptoms and a comprehensive history to establish an appropriate diagnosis and develop an individualized treatment plan. The fee $400.

Follow up appointment: A 30-minute appointment to assess symptom severity and determine whether adjustments to the treatment plan are needed. The fee is $190.

*All medication refills must have an appointment.

** Himal Health is currently accepting private pay patients only.

A superbill will be provided after each visit for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

At Himal Health, our goal is to make quality, personalized mental health care accessible, consistent, and free from the barriers often associated with traditional insurance systems.

Payment:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to be kept on secured file upon scheduling an appointment. You will be billed in full amount for the appointment 24 hrs prior.

Crisis and Emergency Policy: We do not offer crisis services.

  • For mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts or emotional distress, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

  • For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation must be made 24 hrs in advance to avoid the full payment.

  •   To provide the best care for all our patients, we ask that appointments be kept or rescheduled in a timely manner. After three consecutive no-shows or cancellations, we will be unable to continue providing mental health services. If this occurs, we encourage you to connect with another provider to ensure ongoing support for your mental wellness.

Late Policy:

  • Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. Please note that refunds are not available for late arrivals or missed sessions.

  • To ensure your safety and privacy, we do not provide medical recommendations via email. Please use email for scheduling questions.
